We fry all our products in traditional beef dripping, which gives our food a superior flavour. While we believe this offers a better taste and is more sustainable than using palm oil, we understand it may not be suitable for vegetarians, vegans or those with certain dietary requirements.

Cooking MediumOur cooking medium is beef dripping (tallow). Fried items are not suitable for vegans due to cross contamination.
Shared OilAll fried items are cooked in shared oil that may contain traces of other allergens.
Gluten-Free ItemsItems highlighted in gold are free of gluten. However, cross contamination cannot be ruled out. If in doubt, do not consume.
